Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flows.
- Support connected sales tools and managed package upgrades, including PandaDoc, Gong, and Outreach.
- Build and maintain APIs and platform event integrations.
- Set up production monitoring, SLOs, and error handling.
- Manage sandbox refreshes and release deployments.
- Handle production incidents, root-cause investigations, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and explain technical solutions clearly.
- Mentor team members and contribute to engineering practice and scalability improvements.
Requirements
- Experience developing software with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative Salesforce tools.
- Deep expertise in a Salesforce area such as Sales Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, or integrations.
- Experience building and maintaining APIs and platform event integrations.
- Familiarity with source control, Salesforce CLI, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Experience handling production incidents and root-cause investigations.
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A practical approach to using AI responsibly for feature development, debugging, and system log analysis.
