Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, test, and troubleshoot software throughout the development lifecycle.
- Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
- Design and deliver scalable cloud applications and high-quality software.
- Influence technical decisions, optimize system designs, and address complex technical problems.
- Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and automate testing.
- Advocate for product features, track adoption and success metrics, and address customer needs.
- Contribute to secure, privacy-focused code and coach others as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field with 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang.
- Ability to reason about application scalability and cloud environments.
- Ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Preferred qualifications include complex problem-solving ability, collaboration and communication skills, and self-motivation.
