Base Salary
$106k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end functional design for order fulfillment across Salesforce Order Management and related platforms.
- Define data mappings and interface contracts between Salesforce and downstream fulfillment systems.
- Translate business requirements and epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Govern cross-system data flows and integration patterns for reliable order orchestration.
- Lead design discussions across global teams and resolve dependencies among sales, logistics, and support functions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, focused on Salesforce Order Management and CRM platforms.
- Proven experience collaborating with downstream fulfillment systems such as ERP, WMS, or service provisioning platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable functional designs and interface specifications.
- Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven processing, and batch processing integration patterns.
- Experience working within agile frameworks using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with high-volume enterprise order processing and logistics environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with partial shipments, backorders, digital provisioning, and other complex fulfillment scenarios is preferred.
- Proficiency with Postman for API validation is preferred.
