Base Salary
$106k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce Order Management and order-fulfillment processes across related platforms.
- Define data mappings and interface contracts between Salesforce and downstream fulfillment systems.
- Translate complex business requirements and epics into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Govern cross-system data flows and integration patterns for reliable order orchestration.
- Lead cross-functional design discussions involving sales, logistics, support, and global teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, focused on Salesforce Order Management and CRM platforms.
- Experience collaborating with downstream fulfillment systems such as ERP, WMS, or service-provisioning platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable functional designs and interface specifications.
- Understanding of REST API, event-driven, and batch-processing integration patterns.
- Experience working with Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with enterprise-scale order processing, logistics, partial shipments, backorders, digital provisioning, or Postman is preferred.
