Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services.
- Lead technical design discussions and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Translate product and design requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and review pull requests.
- Mentor junior developers and support the technical growth of the team.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Optimize development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility, compliance, and security guidelines.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and cross-team coordination.
Requirements
- Expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, .NET, Python/Django, or Java/Spring.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser rendering behavior.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong command of Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of application security principles, OWASP, and authentication and authorization patterns.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
- Preferred qualifications include large-scale performance profiling and optimization, WCAG accessibility compliance, serverless architecture experience, open-source or technical-community contributions, and experience mentoring or leading small development teams.
