Base Salary
$128k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on BMC Remedy/Helix application and integration capabilities.
- Gather requirements and create requirements documents, design documentation, implementation guides, and test scripts.
- Develop Helix workflows, forms, fields, data imports, REST API and web-service integrations, LDAP integrations, and Digital Workplace service offerings.
- Support incidents, customer communications, change requests, Jira stories, production maintenance, and service-level objectives.
- Manage sprint work, technical debt, demonstrations, milestones, and deliverables across onboarding, sustainment, and service-improvement projects.
- Maintain system integrity through configuration control, change-management, and prescribed operating procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation, daily scrums, sprint planning, technical reviews, and approved service interruption windows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- BMC Accredited Administrator certification or commensurate Remedy/Helix Developer Studio experience.
- Experience with SaaS solutions or AWS cloud environments and BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher.
- Expert familiarity with one or more Helix applications, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, CMDB, Asset Management, or Digital Workplace Portal.
- Experience with Pentaho Spoon, BMC HDM, REST APIs, or web services for system interfaces or data migration.
- Experience gathering and documenting customer requirements, providing demonstrations, managing multiple projects, and working with remote teams.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, relational databases, networking concepts, OSI rules, and logging for troubleshooting.
- BS degree required; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification required and may be obtained within three months of starting.
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance before the start date.
