Base Salary
$269k - $326k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define how AI agents get credentials and manage their sessions.
- Design and implement scalable IAM solutions for hybrid production environments.
- Build robust authentication and authorization mechanisms for workloads.
- Develop and maintain a secure 'golden path' framework for developers.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for developing security services within the infrastructure.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building scalable, distributed backend applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, C++, or C# .NET.
- Active use of AI tools and understanding of LLM capabilities.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, design patterns, and scalable containerized systems.
- Experience mentoring or leading technical work of other engineers.
- Familiarity with policy and identity frameworks like OPA, Topaz, or SPIFFE/SPIRE.
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Familiarity with access control models such as RBAC, ABAC, or Risk-Based Access Control.
