Responsibilities
- Create and execute manual regression, functional, and end-to-end tests as required.
- Complete assigned quality engineering tasks within sprint durations and take ownership of workload.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members and participate in squad, team, and business unit meetings.
- Contribute to a quality engineering approach focused on automation testing over manual testing where appropriate.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of quality engineering experience utilizing the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with manual functional testing.
- Understanding of quality engineering methodology, best practices, and the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts effectively.
- Experience with chat-based collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Slack, or similar.
- Exposure to Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Interest in automation testing technology and aptitude for self-learning.
