Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI testing agents that execute end-to-end customer journeys.
- Build intelligent testing frameworks using LLMs, agentic AI, and self-healing automation.
- Automate customer journeys, detect release risks, reduce regression testing, and validate application quality across devices and platforms.
- Implement AI-assisted defect analysis and root-cause identification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions.
- Analyze requirements, customize applications, support software updates and releases, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Train operational staff and work variable schedules, including nights and weekends when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with consideration for coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- Two to five years of relevant work experience.
- Several years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, and software testing.
- Expertise designing scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong knowledge of mobile testing, AI and agentic systems, and streaming and OTT technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, WebdriverIO, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Maestro, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, BrowserStack, computer-vision UI testing, OCR-driven validation, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion and collaborate effectively across teams.
