Responsibilities
- Execute manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior.
- Design test cases and identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with delivery, development, and cross-functional teams to support reliable releases.
- Lead testing process and methodology improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate quality objectives and timelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Selenium.
- Experience designing and executing manual test cases for software functionality.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
