Responsibilities
- Execute manual tests against requirements, user stories, and expected behavior.
- Design comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects using relevant tools.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and multiple teams to support reliable, user-ready releases.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Mentor junior team members in testing and quality assurance practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing principles and practices.
- Experience designing comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
