Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts aligned with software engineering standards.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning and intermediate-complexity automation scripts.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation strategies from the outset.
- Develop test strategies and create comprehensive test plans, reports, and other testing documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, share automation expertise, and recommend framework improvements.
- Exercise independent judgment and maintain consistent, punctual attendance while working variable schedules as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
