Responsibilities
- Create and execute manual regression, functional, and end-to-end tests as required.
- Complete assigned tasks within sprint durations and take ownership of workload.
- Participate in regular squad, team, and business-unit meetings.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Contribute to quality engineering and future automation-testing efforts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of quality engineering experience using the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with manual functional testing.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Understanding of quality engineering methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts verbally and in writing.
- Experience with chat-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar.
- Awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Exposure to Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence or similar tools.
- Aptitude for self-learning and using available training tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
- Interest in automation-testing technology.
