AI Engineer (Korea)
FieldguideResponsibilities
- Implement agentic workflows that automate complex audit tasks
- Translate customer problems and workflows into discrete, testable agent behaviors and engineering requirements
- Integrate LLMs, tools, and retrieval logic into reliable agent experiences
- Monitor and maintain production agents for reliability and performance
- Build evaluations and feedback loops to improve agent outputs
- Write prompts and retrieval pipelines that perform at scale
- Use AI tooling to design, build, and test features efficiently
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to scope and deliver features
- Identify capability gaps that can improve team velocity
Requirements
- Typically 1–3 years of experience shipping production software in real-world systems
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
- Some exposure to LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, or to AI tooling
- Familiarity with retrieval pipelines, RAG concepts, or vector databases is a plus
- Experience with React and Postgres is helpful but not required
- Ability to work comfortably in ambiguity with direction from senior engineers
