Responsibilities

  • Implement agentic workflows that automate complex audit tasks
  • Translate customer problems and workflows into discrete, testable agent behaviors and engineering requirements
  • Integrate LLMs, tools, and retrieval logic into reliable agent experiences
  • Monitor and maintain production agents for reliability and performance
  • Build evaluations and feedback loops to improve agent outputs
  • Write prompts and retrieval pipelines that perform at scale
  • Use AI tooling to design, build, and test features efficiently
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to scope and deliver features
  • Identify capability gaps that can improve team velocity

Requirements

  • Typically 1–3 years of experience shipping production software in real-world systems
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
  • Some exposure to LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, or to AI tooling
  • Familiarity with retrieval pipelines, RAG concepts, or vector databases is a plus
  • Experience with React and Postgres is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguity with direction from senior engineers
