Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, maintain, and modify software programs for client deployment.
- Perform coding, assess operational feasibility, fix errors, improve performance, and upgrade software interfaces.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate problems, conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend system improvements.
- Coordinate with project teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and stakeholders on requirements and delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, specifications, and project status updates.
- Support customer communication, feedback collection, issue tracking, and on-time project execution.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and delivery skills.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in software design, development, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation is required by the role responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze requirements, study system flows and data usage, and convert client needs into feasible software designs.
- Ability to develop and execute software validation cases and ensure code quality and error-free delivery.
- Ability to communicate with clients and cross-functional teams and provide clear reports, documentation, and status updates.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete assigned certifications.
