Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from idea to production across frontend and backend.
- Ship quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Translate product ideas into shipped experiences.
- Build reusable components and workflows for team efficiency.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and debugging.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve products.
- Contribute to system architecture and make pragmatic decisions.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping products as an engineer, product manager, or technical designer.
- Strong product thinking with a focus on user experience.
- Ability to execute from idea to implementation.
- Comfortable with hands-on technical work.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with high ownership.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without perfect information.
