Responsibilities
- Work closely with companies to bring LLM applications to production.
- Collaborate on a variety of LLM applications including concierge search and code generation.
- Give technical demos of LangChain's products.
- Lead trainings and workshops on best practices for developers.
- Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to secure deals.
- Translate customer insights into product improvements with the engineering team.
- Lead special projects that test new products.
- Travel 40% to customer sites for deployment and technical engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years in a technical role such as software engineering or customer engineering.
- Experience in a developer-focused company as a deployed engineer or solution architect.
- Strong engineering background with a focus on customer partnership.
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving and unstructured environments.
- Comfortable presenting best practices to larger teams.
- Bonus for familiarity with LangChain or LLMs.
