Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver ForgeRock Identity Platform CIAM solutions for external users at scale.
- Deploy and operate CIAM services in public-cloud environments, with Azure preferred.
- Implement CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and scripting for platform operations.
- Secure internet-facing applications using TLS, WAFs, reverse proxies, JWT/OAuth token handling, and threat modeling.
- Lead consulting engagements, including client expectation management, quality control, delivery assurance, issue management, work planning, and client communications.
- Support RFI/RFP responses, sales pursuits, strategic advisory work, thought leadership, and downstream business opportunities.
- Build client relationships, develop consulting offerings and reusable assets, and contribute to talent development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform security roles.
- Hands-on experience with public-cloud deployments and CI/CD automation, preferably using Azure.
- Strong knowledge of TLS, WAFs, reverse proxies, JWT/OAuth token handling, and internet-facing application security.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
- Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and identity-related threat models.
- Experience managing authentication and authorization services for external users at scale.
- Preferred experience with Transmit, ForgeRock, Auth0, Ping, or Azure AD B2C.
- Understanding of Zero Trust architectures, DDoS mitigation, secure web gateway integration, cloud-native observability, and runtime security.
- Azure or IT security certifications are preferred.
