Responsibilities
- Develop frontend and backend components of the REANA reproducible data analysis platform.
- Support physicists in applying reusable computational data analysis practices.
- Manage service deployment and operations on the Kubernetes cloud.
- Collaborate with external institutes and partners on reproducible data analyses and open science infrastructure.
- Participate in standby duty and work during nights, Sundays, and official holidays when required.
Requirements
- Have no more than two years of professional experience since graduation in Computer Science or an equivalent or related field.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree; applicants without a university degree or with a PhD are not eligible.
- Have experience with full-stack software development and frontend and backend technologies.
- Have experience with container technologies, application deployment, monitoring, and security.
- Have skills in React, Python, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Be a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.
- Have never held a CERN fellow or graduate contract.
- Have spoken and written English and a commitment to learn French.
- Familiarity with computational research data analysis principles is a plus.
