Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Salesforce platform according to business requirements.
- Design, develop, enhance, test, deploy, and support Salesforce applications and components.
- Use Apex, Lightning configurations, LWC, Flows, integrations, and Salesforce APIs to deliver functionality.
- Determine business, functional, and technical requirements and participate in application design.
- Perform triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and impact analysis for defects and incidents.
- Implement bug fixes, enhancements, testing, documentation, timelines, and development goals.
- Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bugs, enhancements, and how-to requests.
- Present or demonstrate functionality and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in SAFe events and use Salesforce development and delivery best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with colleagues, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering and 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Lightning Quick Actions, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Flows, Batch Apex, REST API integrations, Future Methods, Scheduled Apex, Queueable Apex, and Test Classes.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visualforce, Salesforce security and sharing models, data management, objects, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong Salesforce CRM design, architecture, and functional understanding.
- Advanced software development experience in Agile environments, ideally with SAFe experience.
- Experience with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and CRM-based product development.
- Experience with Eclipse or VS Code and online collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Mural.
- Customer-facing project experience, strong communication and presentation skills, analytical ability, and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce PD I and Administrator certifications are valued; experience with Service Cloud, CTI integration, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, and DevOps environments is also valued.
