Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and platform systems across compute, networking, and orchestration layers.
- Operate and improve OpenStack-based infrastructure environments and Kubernetes platforms.
- Contribute to authentication, authorization, service identity, OIDC, and access-control systems.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and logging solutions using relevant platform tooling.
- Analyze and optimize system performance, reliability, scalability, and infrastructure-platform interactions.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions across infrastructure domains.
- Support infrastructure automation, high-performance workloads, and technical leadership or mentorship.
Requirements
- Experience in software, infrastructure, or platform engineering and proven experience building and maintaining infrastructure platforms or distributed systems.
- Experience with OpenStack or similar cloud infrastructure platforms, including operating or deploying OpenStack environments.
- Experience managing Kubernetes-based platforms and understanding system deployment, scaling, and operations across infrastructure layers.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Preferred experience with containerized systems, OIDC and access-control systems, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Thanos, software-defined networking, compute, storage, hardware-level infrastructure, high-performance or data-intensive workloads, and infrastructure automation.
- Preferred experience providing technical leadership or mentorship.
