Responsibilities

Manage and resolve issues involving ServiceNow applications.
Advise internal teams and lines of business on process and technology inefficiencies within the ServiceNow platform.
Perform routine maintenance, performance monitoring, error identification, and remediation.
Improve platform stability and implement ServiceNow best practices to remediate technical debt.
Manage instance security, user and group access, roles, relationships, and access control lists.
Provide platform training and knowledge to internal teams and external business partners.
Develop and maintain a platform-wide reporting strategy.
Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.
Support complex technical matters and potentially lead specific projects.

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in application development, ITSM, and ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming.
Preferred experience configuring and modifying ServiceNow across ITSM, CSM, Intelligent Apps, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, GRC or IRM, SAM, ITBM, and ITOM.
Familiarity with User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences.
Experience with Web Services, REST, and JSONv2.

Onsite office position available at Huntington corporate offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Birmingham, and other corporate locations.
Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement combining in-office and work-from-home work.
Exempt position and therefore not eligible for overtime pay.
