Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and other AWS machine-learning services.
- Develop enterprise-scale LLM use cases including retrieval-augmented generation, summarization, and data analysis.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, optimize, deploy, and monitor large language models for performance, accuracy, and safety.
- Design and deploy Conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, and custom NLP pipelines.
- Integrate AI capabilities into business workflows and collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX teams, and business stakeholders.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI/ML solutions from design through deployment.
- Maintain system design integrity, review test strategies, and ensure compliance with AI ethics, security, risk, and governance standards.
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents and optimize solutions through research, experimentation, and problem solving.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead complex assignments, guide team members, contribute to policy and control development, and support operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI/ML libraries.
- Experience developing solutions on AWS and familiarity with the AWS AI/ML ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of AI agents, agentic architecture, agentic memory, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Conversational AI.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and prompt management, including refining and optimizing prompts for LLM outcomes.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Langfuse, OTEL, Transformers, or CrewAI.
- Desired experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, vector databases, data chunking and embedding, model evaluation, deployment, training, monitoring, REST APIs, and EKS.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
- Ability to analyze complex information, influence stakeholders, manage risk, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to lead collaborative assignments or teams and provide technical guidance.
