Responsibilities
- Architect and structure large language models capable of processing and generating natural language.
- Design, tune, and optimize neural network architectures and model performance.
- Oversee training using large-scale unlabeled text datasets and manage computational resources in distributed environments.
- Lead development and implementation of strategies to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Evaluate models and integrate language models into broader AI systems and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, collaborate across teams, and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with model evaluation and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with distributed computing environments and manage computational resources.
- Skill in integrating language models into broader AI systems and applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
