Base Salary
$240k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the skill-and-eval contract for a real vertical within the first 30 days.
- Build a platform for agent deployment and lifecycle management within the first 3 months.
- Develop a high-throughput orchestration engine for managing agents and evaluations at scale within the first year.
- Create a diagnostic center for evaluating agent performance and capabilities.
- Facilitate the building of new capabilities by providing a user-friendly tooling center.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping agentic systems into production environments.
- Demonstrated track record of building tools or frameworks for engineering teams.
- Proficiency in designing and managing evaluation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations.
- Familiarity with authorization frameworks and best practices.
