Base Salary
$120k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ML-powered applications leveraging large language models for wellbeing challenges.
- Collaborate with psychological experts to translate interdisciplinary insights into computational frameworks.
- Advance context engineering, agentic AI, and learning from human feedback.
- Build scalable pipelines for data collection, labeling, training, and deployment of LLM-based systems.
- Support integration of ML systems into real-world applications with measurable outcomes.
- Communicate findings to multidisciplinary audiences.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proven experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production environments.
- Experience with PyTorch, vLLM, and LangGraph.
- Proficiency in Python, ML development tools, large-scale data pipelines, preprocessing, and standard evaluation protocols.
- Master’s-level or higher experience in computer science, machine learning, or AI is preferred but may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
- Publications at leading ML or NLP venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, or EMNLP are a bonus.
- Strong communication, presentation, independent-thinking, and collaboration skills are required.
- Previous startup experience is a plus.
