Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain digital products that enhance the People experience.
- Build AI-enabled applications, agents, and workflow solutions.
- Create integrations across enterprise platforms and systems.
- Support the full product lifecycle from discovery through deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation, feedback, and experimentation.
- Prototype emerging technologies and AI capabilities.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience developing digital products, enterprise applications, or business solutions.
- Strong programming experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or .NET.
- Experience designing and integrating APIs, enterprise services, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong web application development skills using modern frameworks and responsive design principles.
- Experience with DevOps practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
