Base Salary
$210k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build across the stack, from backend services to polished frontend experiences.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into products and internal processes.
- Write high-quality, production-grade code that balances speed and maintainability.
- Drive architectural decisions and platform improvements for faster product development.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive user experiences.
- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through leadership and feedback.
- Champion modern engineering practices, including automation and rapid experimentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally in SaaS or large-scale web applications.
- Proven ability to design and ship complex systems end-to-end across various layers.
- Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering tools and workflows.
- A bias toward execution and iteration, moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Strong product and UX instincts with a focus on performant systems.
- Systems thinking and technical judgment for balancing short-term and long-term needs.
- Collaborative and low-ego approach to working across teams.
- Adaptability and quick learning to leverage the right tools for problem-solving.
