Base Salary

$200k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and extend the core UI platform.
Develop business-critical web applications using the platform.
Partner with teams across the firm to help them build applications.
Improve developer productivity and deliver platform enhancements while managing change carefully.
Produce high-quality code and applications through testing, pair programming, estimation, and collaborative development practices.

At least 4 years of professional experience building web-based user interfaces.
Extensive experience with React, TypeScript, WebSocket protocols, REST, and UI unit testing.
Comfort working in a highly collaborative environment with sprints, pair programming, testing, and estimation.
Empathy for developers who consume the platform and foresight to improve their experience.
Reliable and predictable availability.
An eye for quality design is preferred.
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, containers, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
Experience in trading or finance is preferred.
