Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal tools, dashboards, backing services, and trading platform features for Trading, Support, and Risk teams.
- Develop and extend front-end trading systems, trade entry and management tools, and supporting APIs.
- Partner with traders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability through testing, monitoring, automation, refactoring, and production support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage concurrent development initiatives in a high-performance trading environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong C# experience with .NET or .NET Framework for high-performance desktop applications.
- Experience with real-time data processing using TCP, multicast, or similar high-throughput data feeds.
- Experience rendering and interacting with large, rapidly updating datasets in user interfaces.
- Familiarity with multithreading, lock-free patterns, and performance profiling and optimization.
- Solid understanding of databases and data modeling, with SQL preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred: familiarity with DirectX or OpenGL, front-end UI development frameworks, C++ server or service development, complex multithreaded applications, AI or machine learning applications, and trading, financial services, game development, or other high-reliability environments.

- Base salary of $120,000–$180,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
