Base Salary
$113k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead team-level projects from ambiguous guidance through completion, including stakeholder communication and goal setting.
- Contribute to team-level product strategy and prioritization discussions.
- Deliver features, fixes, and technical upgrades efficiently and with high quality.
- Participate actively in code reviews by giving and receiving feedback.
- Build and maintain tools supporting Grainger’s micro frontend ecosystem, including design systems, project templates, deployment pipelines, analytics tooling, and observability tooling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building software as part of a team.
- Experience leading projects at the team level.
- Understanding of micro frontend architecture principles.
- Experience with React.
- Experience with GitHub Actions workflows.
