Base Salary
$141k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead global red team and AI red team strategy, operating standards, and advanced attack simulations.
- Direct complex engagements across network, endpoint, application, cloud, physical, and AI-enabled attack surfaces.
- Provide hands-on leadership for attack planning, exploit validation, payload development, command-and-control operations, and post-exploitation decisions.
- Lead adversarial testing of AI and LLM systems, including prompt injection, jailbreak resistance, agentic workflow abuse, data leakage, and model supply chain risks.
- Develop red team tools, scripts, methodologies, capability roadmaps, and secure development standards.
- Research threat actor techniques and AI-enabled attacks while establishing tooling governance, safe-use, audit-readiness, and operational security controls.
- Mentor red team operators and communicate attack outcomes, business impact, control validation, and remediation priorities to executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of red team and offensive security experience, including leadership of advanced attack simulations.
- Experience evading network, endpoint, application, and cloud controls and assessing AI-enabled applications, LLM agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, model access controls, plugins, and enterprise data connectors.
- Deep knowledge of application security vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, web/API workflows, offensive tooling, C2 frameworks, Windows, Linux, persistence, and lateral movement.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, privilege escalation, federation, service principals, conditional access weaknesses, and attack-path analysis.
- Hands-on scripting or software engineering experience with languages such as Python, PowerShell, C#, Go, or JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, MITRE ATLAS, model evaluation, prompt engineering, adversarial testing, and responsible AI controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced security certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, OSCP/OSCE, GWAPT, CISM, CRISC, or CRTO are preferred.
- Familiarity with NIST, FFIEC, GLBA, SOX, and PCI frameworks is preferred.
