Responsibilities
- Contribute technically to generative and non-generative AI projects from proof of concept through production deployment.
- Help develop industrial-scale multi-agent systems.
- Participate in project management, client relationships, technical decisions, and roadmap development.
- Contribute to internal cross-functional initiatives including literature reviews, experience sharing, training, and monitoring the state of the art.
- Continue developing technical expertise collaboratively within the team.
Requirements
- At least one prior professional AI experience outside internships and apprenticeships in a demanding or highly technical environment.
- At least one prior experience in generative AI.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, with concrete experience applying them to real-world use cases.
- Concrete technical experience with generative AI through internships or projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Full-stack, MLOps, deployment, and solution-monitoring experience are preferred.
