Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and build full-stack AI platform components with Python and Angular.
- Create interfaces for large language model fine-tuning and experiment-tracking dashboards.
- Design and optimize multi-tenant intelligent agents using ReAct and ReWOO orchestration patterns.
- Build Model Context Protocol servers with defined API boundaries and no direct agent database access.
- Develop Knowledge Graph RAG, LightRAG, and RAPTOR retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
- Integrate Neo4j and pgvector vector and graph databases for enterprise-scale retrieval.
- Design prompt and intent-classification logic to prevent workflow collisions.
- Partner with subject matter experts and UI/API teams to deliver end-to-end agent-driven solutions.
- Write production code, establish technical direction, and lead delivery of the AI platform.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years focused on production AI and machine learning solutions.
- At least 2 years of hands-on generative AI experience, including large language model development, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
- At least 3 years leading technical teams and owning delivery of complex software or AI platforms end to end.
- Deep practical experience with AWS infrastructure and services for AI and machine learning workloads.
- A demonstrated portfolio of AI solutions deployed in live business environments.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
