Base Salary
$112k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the solutioning, design, and implementation of robust, scalable, and resilient full-stack microservices for Inventory Orchestration.
- Provide technical leadership as a subject matter expert and collaborate with developers, architects, stakeholders, and multiple development teams.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven microservice architectures.
- Drive adoption and effective use of Devin, Anthropic Claude, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-assisted development tools.
- Define and govern system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers and facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural alignment.
- Identify root causes, assess business impact and risk, and lead resolution of complex technical challenges while supporting compliance and control requirements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience with substantial hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Deep practical experience using AI-assisted tools such as Devin, Anthropic Claude, and other tools for code generation and debugging.
- Proven enterprise application development expertise with Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Strong proficiency with React and Angular for complex, responsive user interfaces.
- Deep competency designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and event-driven microservice architectures.
- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry, and topic design.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code principles and Ansible.
- In-depth experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git and Jenkins.
- Excellent communication, technical leadership, architecture presentation, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.

- Primary location salary range is $111,600.00 to $161,600.00.
