Responsibilities
- Build production AI agents end to end using LLM orchestration, tool use, MCP integrations, retrieval, and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop evaluation harnesses, guardrails, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop review systems.
- Ship and operate production-grade AI agents, including coding in production from the first week and working directly with customers.
- Evaluate new models, techniques, and tools and turn effective approaches into product capabilities.
- Collaborate with founders on product strategy, roadmap, and technical direction.
- Partner with banks, fintechs, and financial crime teams to support real fraud investigations.
Requirements
- Experience shipping real systems with LLMs, including production systems, user-facing prototypes, or substantial side projects.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design, ship, debug, and operate production systems end to end.
- Systems-thinking skills covering data flow, failure modes, latency, cost, and scaling considerations.
- Approximately 2–4 years of engineering experience, or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
- Prior startup experience is a plus.
- Curiosity about fintech, fraud, or regulated AI applications is a plus.
