Responsibilities
- Design, code, and ship full-stack features for Netic’s AI platform.
- Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, gather feedback, and turn pain points into product features.
- Drive projects from specification through production, including data models, APIs, front-end polish, and post-launch iteration.
- Build, test, and monitor production features for reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Ability to deliver user-facing software at scale and carry features through multiple release cycles.
- Comfort with React, TypeScript, Python, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to translate stakeholder goals into clear technical specifications and polished products.
- Ability to explain architectural trade-offs to engineers and business outcomes to executives.
- Strong ownership, communication, coding, and problem-solving skills.
