Responsibilities
- Design foundational aspects of Persona’s identity platform.
- Build and ship product features, potentially starting in the first week.
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points and deliver solutions.
- Handle large-scale customer data workloads.
- Collaborate with product, design, post-sales, and sales teams.
- Work with a mentor and team to incorporate project learnings into future engineering work.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related discipline with a strong computer science background.
- Previous programming experience is required.
- Proficiency in full-stack development and prior experience with data modeling and schema design.
- Ability to execute projects independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to discuss positive and negative feedback on large projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
