Responsibilities
- Advise complex customers and partners on cloud, AI-enabled, secure, resilient, cost-optimized, and performance-optimized architectures.
- Translate customer and partner problems into Microsoft-aligned solutions, including proofs of concept, minimally viable products, and rapid prototypes.
- Provide technical pre-sales support and help sales and partner teams develop strategic opportunities and consumption plans.
- Accelerate solution deployment, operational readiness, adoption, value realization, and usage across customer environments.
- Build relationships with technical and business decision-makers, including CIO, CISO, and other C-suite stakeholders.
- Coordinate Microsoft, customer, partner, engineering, sales, and virtual teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate business and technical risks, blockers, delivery gaps, and opportunities for scalable solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill technical teams and contribute to frameworks, methodologies, intellectual property, presentations, and community events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- At least 6 years of experience leading technical projects.
- Technical certification in cloud, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
