Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust technology architectures aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain scalable MariaDB solutions and optimize database performance.
- Use BPMN modeling to streamline business processes.
- Apply Appian RPA to automate repetitive tasks and reduce errors.
- Integrate Appian AI capabilities into intelligent solutions.
- Lead Appian solution-development projects through timely, quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and promote best practices.
- Conduct system audits, implement improvements, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
- Document architectural designs and decisions and contribute to process improvement.
Requirements
- 10–13 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of MariaDB in large-scale environments.
- Proficiency in BPMN modeling for process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Appian RPA and Appian AI.
- Expertise in Appian solution development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with COTS products in BFS and Asset & Wealth Management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management processes is beneficial.
