Responsibilities
- Develop ReactJS-based web applications and other UI-focused applications.
- Provide input to or develop business system solutions, estimates, and specifications.
- Interpret technical designs from architects and technical leads and deliver them through the Agile development lifecycle.
- Analyze and resolve application software problems and provide application support.
- Deliver high-quality code and conform to quality assurance standards and agreed processes.
- Drive automation practices supporting the team’s automation and self-service strategy.
- Guide business users through UAT, sign-off, and post-implementation changes.
- Contribute to agreed out-of-hours activities and work effectively with distributed teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS/Less, ReactJS, Redux, ES6, and Webpack.
- Experience with Node.js, npm, Bower, and Grunt.
- Experience with Groovy, Cucumber, or other test automation tools.
- Experience with Stash/Git, Liquibase, Swagger, AWS services including EC2, SNS, SQS, and Lambda, Ansible, and OpenShift or other container platforms.
- Experience with messaging or integration technologies and the Atlassian suite, including Confluence, Stash, and Jira.
- Exposure to ECM/FileNet and experience supporting highly available production systems are desirable.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, application support and development, digital architectures, business requirements analysis, and UAT.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively across customer environments with strong time, workload, and organizational management.
- Preferred qualifications include diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, disciplined project execution, workload prioritization, and understanding of Agile development practices.
- Strong business acumen, relational database management system knowledge, customer-facing skills, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
