Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the architecture and roadmap for Search, Context Engineering, and Agent Building.
- Define and enhance the end-to-end developer and user experience across use-cases.
- Collaborate with teams to align priorities and make informed technology choices.
- Lead technical discussions with partners and customers.
- Review and advise on implementation designs.
- Evangelize the Search roadmap internally and externally.
- Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical leader for large, complex engineering teams and projects.
- Deep expertise in Java/JVM and search technologies.
- Experience building complex distributed systems.
- Passionate about Search and able to reason about architecture at various levels.
- Hands-on coding experience and comfortable reviewing PRs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy.
