Responsibilities

Develop software drivers for hardware peripherals across next-generation embedded platforms.
Perform board bring-up, adapt existing drivers, enhance software, and tune performance for embedded systems.
Design new driver architectures that maximize reuse, efficiency, and simplicity.
Develop drivers for bootloaders, serial devices, network stacks, storage, PCIe, USB, and other complex buses.
Apply software quality standards and support development under functional safety standards such as ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.
Develop software within established V-Model-driven frameworks and standardized software architecture practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in embedded system programming.
Proven experience developing and adapting drivers for hardware peripherals and developing board support packages.
In-depth knowledge of C, C++, and/or Rust.
Hands-on experience with embedded operating systems including QNX, Linux, Green Hills, or VxWorks.
Experience writing software for ARM, x86, PPC, or other major processor architectures.
Familiarity with functional safety standards and software development processes such as ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.
Hands-on experience with V-Model, CMMI, or ASPICE process frameworks.
Software architecture experience using standardized modeling languages such as SysML or UML is preferred.
