Responsibilities
- Coordinate product launches across internal teams and external partners.
- Architect systems to streamline manual processes with automated workflows and dashboards.
- Develop scalable feedback loops between support, product, and engineering teams.
- Prototype quickly using tools like ChatGPT and Jupyter notebooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on launch goals and readiness metrics.
- Identify risks during rollouts and propose solutions to safeguard customer experience.
- Continuously automate repetitive tasks with scripts and LLM-powered flows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project launch coordination, preferably in customer support.
- Proficient in writing production-grade code in Python, SQL, or similar languages.
- Experience in developing internal tools and workflow engines.
- Ability to operationalize go-to-market workflows through systems design.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating across teams.
