Responsibilities
- Design and implement upgrade-stable SAP S/4HANA extensions using SAP Business Technology Platform for side-by-side development and ABAP Cloud for on-stack extensibility.
- Modernize ECC custom developments into RAP and CAP models while maintaining a clean core.
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops and translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical solutions.
- Support ECC-to-S/4HANA cloud migrations, including data mapping and flow integrity through SAP Datasphere and SAP Integration Suite.
- Configure and integrate SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and IS-U with solutions including SuccessFactors and Ariba.
- Develop user interfaces with SAP Fiori, UI5, and SAP Build.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, document, and maintain SAP applications while supporting UAT and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA functional analysis and development.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations and strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture.
- Proficiency in ABAP Cloud, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies, RISE with SAP, and SAP Activate methodology.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and business-stakeholder communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and French; Dutch is a plus.
- Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA Cloud business certification, SAP Build experience, non-SAP integration experience, Agile/Scrum experience, and API Management knowledge with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
