Responsibilities
- Implement scalable and secure cloud-native application platforms in AWS.
- Design and deploy improvements in development and deployment processes.
- Create tooling for telemetry data collection to support engineering efforts.
- Foster an effective documentation culture within the Engineering Organization.
- Participate in project management and work allocation using Agile concepts.
- Develop Terraform modules and Crossplane compositions for engineering use.
- Promote automation for infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD methodologies.
- Evaluate new technologies for automation and infrastructure provisioning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform engineering, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of solution design and flow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in technical documentation and communication.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM; MS in Computer Science is a plus.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance.
