Base Salary
$55k - $113k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and support distributed software applications.
- Deliver full-stack engineering solutions across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Build applications and platforms using cloud-native and microservices architectures, including IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment.
- Develop backend services, frontend applications, and RESTful APIs using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with client engagement teams and recommend solutions based on current technology environments and industry trends.
- Support reliable systems and excellent customer experiences while adapting to changing priorities and technologies.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in technology software development.
- Backend experience with Java, Python, Node.js, NoSQL, serverless, and cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
- Frontend development experience with React, Angular, or responsive web design.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native and microservices architectures, IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment.
- Experience with collaborative development tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
- Comfort working in Agile and TDD environments.
- Preferred experience with Akka, Scala, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Hadoop, Spark, Flume, MongoDB, Cassandra, or other NoSQL databases.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage changing priorities, and work effectively with diverse client teams.
