Responsibilities
- Own the AWS infrastructure, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain the deployment pipeline and testing tools.
- Manage deployment into customers' clouds with Terraform modules and documentation.
- Create a release and upgrade path for self-hosted customers.
- Set deployment standards for new repositories in collaboration with security and tech leads.
- Enhance system reliability through SLOs and incident response.
- Develop self-serve tooling for product engineers.
- Utilize LLMs and agents to streamline platform work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps with hands-on AWS experience.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
- Strong experience with CI/CD and optimizing build processes.
- Coding proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
- Security-focused mindset with experience in secure pipeline practices.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end and automate processes.
- Preferred experience with self-hosted software distribution and multi-cloud IaC.
