Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate scalable software platforms and services.
- Develop real-time distributed systems, microservices, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and AI or agentic systems.
- Process high-volume, high-velocity network and operational data with strong scalability, availability, latency, reliability, and observability requirements.
- Build generative AI and agentic capabilities involving tool use, planning, memory, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and production deployment.
- Lead system architecture and translate complex or ambiguous technical problems into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor engineers and serve as a technical lead or engineering team leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including architecture, design, coding, code reviews, testing, build processes, deployment, and production operations.
- At least 4 years of programming experience in a general-purpose language, preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- At least 3 years of experience leading the design and architecture of large-scale distributed systems, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with real-time microservices, stream processing, distributed data platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI or agentic systems, network telemetry, or large-scale analytics.
- Experience designing systems for high-volume, high-velocity data with stringent scalability, availability, latency, and operational reliability requirements.
- Preferred: Master’s or PhD in a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience with event-driven microservices, real-time operational or network data, networking, network management, observability, telemetry, cloud infrastructure, distributed control-plane systems, and large-scale datasets.
- Preferred: experience with Kafka, Spark, Flink, PySpark, MapReduce, or comparable distributed data technologies.

- Salary based on qualifications, experience, and region up to USD 220 k to 250K, plus benefits.
