Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications tailored to business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional application designs.
- Configure Salesforce applications to optimize business workflows and user experience.
- Lead process-improvement efforts and implement team best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives and deliverables.
- Support integration techniques and data management within Salesforce platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required; the additional information specifies a minimum of 8 years in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional is required.
- Strong understanding of trade promotion management processes and their application within Salesforce environments is required.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional application designs is required.
- Experience configuring Salesforce applications to optimize workflows and user experience is required.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data management is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
