Base Salary
$175k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and user research to inform growth strategies.
- Develop self-serve product experiences for pediatricians and their staff.
- Automate workflows to reduce administrative burdens on referring providers.
- Create clinical collaboration infrastructure for data flow between Clarity and referring providers.
- Enhance patient experience and establish feedback loops with referrers.
- Build enterprise integrations and partner-facing surfaces to facilitate partnerships.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in end-to-end product development.
- Strong engineering skills with the ability to make product decisions.
- Experience designing experiments to validate assumptions.
- Ability to own metrics and report on performance honestly.
- Enjoyment in user interaction, particularly with pediatricians and their teams.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with other teams.
- Healthcare experience, especially with provider workflow tools and EMR integrations, is a plus.
